Frequently asked questions

Care instructions

We recommend doing the first hand wash and taking the following care:- Place your knit in cold water with a good amount of vinegar. Let stand for a few minutes.- Wash and rinse with cold water; if you see the water tinting, it's normal; the PH of your water may be different from that of ours, the temperature, the soap used, etc ... Do not take hot water!- You can take your usual laundry soap BUT ** We recommend a MILD soap, such as Eucalan, designed especially for knitting. ** Some kinds of soaps can cause the color to disgorge more.- Continue to rinse until the water is no longer tinted

Wholesale opportunities

Our products are available for sale in shops everywhere, if you are a shop owner and would like to offer our products to your customers, contact us!

Knots in wool

- It is possible that you will find a knot in your wool. As with all companies, it happens that fittings are made in wool. We try to avoid them as much as possible, but if it can happen that you find a single knot in a ball, it's 'normal'. More than one knot on the other hand, no! This would definitely be a mistake, contact us if that's the case!

Colour

- It is possible that the color tints your fingers or needles when you knit it. This is not necessarily a defect but a 'chemical' reaction with your body acidity (PH). Maybe it's happened to you with a piece of laundry, like dark blue jeans? Hihi This does not necessarily mean that the color will rub off when washing, but it is still suggested to take the necessary precautions mentioned above.
